Fall Tablescape

Fall, that wonderful time of year where the heat of the summer gives way to the crisp coolness of the harvest season.  This is my favorite time of year to do tablescapes.  I love all of the different colors and patterns that are associated with this season.  Whether its the orange of the pumpkins or the different hues of yellow that accompany the harvest wheat or the beautiful sunflowers, my heart always grows fonder for this time of season as each year passes.

I  love the way the orange of the table matches perfectly next to the yellow walls.  Absolutely two of my favorite fall colors.

Such lovely little pumpkin plates.  I bought these several years ago at Walmart.

I love the earth tones of these adorable pumpkin placemats.

I always try to use individual salt and pepper shakers when I can that way there is no waiting to season the bounty of the harvest table.

These goblets were a bargain I found at TJ Maxx one year.

Now that our youngest son is away at college it is just me and my husband.   We have two extra place settings if you would like to come over and share a meal with us.

                                                            Thanks for stopping by.
